Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board of Jori Hermsen Productions is (voluntarily) represented by: Friso Wiersum (chairman),  Joke Hardeman (secretary), Arjen Barel, Shaked Franke and Gerda van de Kamp.  The board meets at least 3 times a year.

Objective

The  foundation aims to:  supporting and promoting  (theatre) productions initiated by director Jori Hermsen, this  in the broadest sense.

Reward Policy

Jori Hermsen Productions Foundation  is a legal entity that is annually dependent on public revenue, contribution, sponsorship and subsidy. The foundation's remuneration policy is aimed at rewarding according to standards that are customary in the public or semi-public sector and that are socially acceptable, in line with its status as a Public Benefit Organization. All employees, with the exception of the board, receive a salary and allowances in accordance with the agreements made within the CAO Theater.  The members of the board do not receive any remuneration for their work. They are, however, entitled to reimbursement of the costs incurred by them in the performance of their duties.
